The delivery deadline for a translation is set in agreement with the customer, depending on the size of the document, on the difficulty of the text, and on the amount of work in progress at that specific time.

However, we do assign the due priority to translations ordered by customers who entered or enter into service contracts with us; such customers will receive the translations in urgency conditions, in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
